Treatment methods

WHAT IS EXERCISE THERAPY?

Exercise therapy is the induction of muscle contractions and movements of the body, in order to improve the functioning of a person. It consists of targeted mobilizing, stabilizing and strengthening exercises and exercises and advice aimed at correcting posture and improving movement habits.

WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT ENTAIL?

During the first session we examine the body for limitations in joint mobility and flexibility, strength and muscle imbalance. From the second session, active exercises are used to work on the weaknesses found in the body in order to make the body free of complaints.

AFTER TREATMENT?

As soon as the body is free of complaints and the physiotherapy sessions are no longer necessary, maintaining the exercises at home can help to avoid complaints in the future.
